I didn’t fully appreciate the meaning of advocate.
Now I play the part of an advocate every day. Whether it’s doing a news story, a video that patients will see in their doctors’ office, or talking to newly diagnosed lung cancer patients, every day I go to “work” as an advocate for all of my lung cancer community.
